FirstCry Club: Plans and What You Get

The differences are in shipping, Club Cash and coupons. Non-members get free shipping only above ₹699. On the 3-month plan that drops to ₹499, and on the 6 and 12-month plans shipping is free on orders above ₹99. The 12-month plan earns 2X Club Cash on eligible products (the others earn 1X), and the plans come with exclusive store coupons worth ₹600 (3 months), ₹2,100 (6 months) and ₹7,800 (12 months), as listed on the Club page.

Well, a quick way to decide: if you place even two or three orders a month under ₹699, the free shipping alone can pay for the 6-month plan.

Delivery on FirstCry

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

FirstCry's return rules depend on the product, and the policy shown on the product page at the time of your order is the one that applies. A few rules from FirstCry's return policy that catch people out:

• Birthday party supplies: only 2 days from delivery.
